soooooooo here’s my side of the story ;P i enjoyed our time so much i practically remember everything that went on and all we talked about so i might give madd details so dont get all weirded out…i know it sounds kinda date-ish, but i am only being so vivid *and long-winded* cuz i normally dont remember a lot of things and im glad to remember this.

i left early to get to the mall on time (which was to be high noon) and i did for once… LOL … then as i was sitting near the food court overlooking the escalators i saw her LOL there was pigtails and kid walking by the escalators near hot topic. she came over and sat down.we started talking and we didnt stop talking until i left at 5!
the kids were groggy when they first encountered each other, actually mine was totally knocked out until he heard another baby cooing close by. then he woke up to see who it was and they liked each other. me and talked about kids, birth, breastfeeding, and whatever else popped up on our minds. it is amazing how much
we have in common with each other. and she only lives like a few miles away! im so excited to have her has a real friend!!!
after we let the kids eat a bit we went to eat at arby’s. she had some roast beef sandwich and i had chicken cordon bleu. my kid had ham and cheese kid’s meal. her kid was very sweetly eating french fries and little cheerios. he is the cutest and i will have to call him “peach fuzz” from now on cuz i hate calling him kid. well peach fuzz is one of the most well behaved babies i have been around, other than mine of course so my kid *hereon referred to as “li’l bull”* and peach fuzz were sharing snacks and toys and copying off each other. they really enjoyed each other’s company.
peach fuzz and li’l bull didnt want to stay in their strollers for too long. we took them to see the puppies, took a picture of this lady and her family. the older man was bound to a wheelchair and they had put him in the mickey mouse kid ride so he could have some fun. they asked us to please take the pic for them. it was so sweet. the lady said “God bless you” after. they were hindu i believe. we went to macy’s and i talked myself out of buying a 13$ pair of jeans. found some cool stuff for under 30$ all together. her bank sux btw then we went to children’s place and found the cutest sunglasses for the kids. the lady behind the counter was all panicking cuz i was looking at the sunglasses meant for 4 year olds:
lady: umm, girls those sunglasses for kids 4 years and up
me: yeah i know but my kid has a big head
lady: yeah but are you sure ? they are for older kids.
me: umm yeah cuz he has a big head, they fit, its okay.
lady *mumbling under her breath*: okay…okay…hmph…youre so sure

un-b-freakin-leavable!!!
what does she care if i buy the wrong size glasses anyway? i mean i can understand saying it once, but doting??? okay. i guess i will be the “talk” among the coworkers for a while LOL.
so she got a smoothie and we sat for awhile then i said i should go home cuz hubby was waiting for me. we went downstairs and said goodbye as she went to see the Easter bunny and i went out into the semi frigid rain.
i left out the diaper changes and of course the total content of our quite lengthy conversation, although right now i could probably recount every word. i learned a lot about her and her family. i might have to write it all in my private journal so i can remember forever. is a very sweet, genuine, pretty girl. peach fuzz is already a heart breaker. i absolutely love ‘em.

okay so now you all know. im a lonely old married woman with a baby and this is the first day that i have been out with another mother in my same stage of life. i mean in age, maturity, motherhood, and viewpoints. we are very very similar and i know you will read this and i want you to know that this was one of the very best days i have had in a very looooong time. thanx i cant wait to do it all again.
