my poor hubby! seems that every time he goes to get his hair cut something weird happens. first time in a long time the guy gave him a military fade instead of a nice fade, the second time the guy’s clippers were dull and scratched the crap out of his head all over, the third time the place closed 1/2 hour early so we got there like 4 minutes late, and today we went to 2 different places and both closed before 4!!!! what is
up with these people? so weird. he nees a cut badly. pray he gets one cuz he was so frustrated today he couldnt hold his temper in. poor thing.
my son is teething and growing and doesnt want to eat anything but snacks and cake which is driving me up the wall. he only has eaten 2 real meals in the past few days and im just glad he likes his healthy snacks more than anything right now. every time i try to feed him he eats a spoonful and wont eat any more or chews for a long time and then spits it out. i know its a phase but its aggravating.
i went to illville for their pops concert, my sister’s last before she graduates and tubey tini is supposedly retiring… of course he was retiring in 97 when i left, too. we wont believe it till he’s gone. the band was better than terrible but worse than bad. not as bad as last time i must admit. the choir did awesome. they sang a lot of oooooold songs like be a clown and in the still of the night. soloists were butt except for 2 very exceptional children. one of which is not a senior yet. there is hope for illville yet!!! still there hasnt been a better or nearly as good choir since the last of my generation graduated…no lie. you should go grace illville with your charm and pizzazz. my mom and i were just remarking that you would do one hello goodnight job on that choir or that band!!! they dont deserve you though, really. it was a good night overall. i left the kid cuz he was asleep and i really didnt want to have to deal with him after how he’s been acting lately. i would have missed the entire concert. my sis’s bf was making my other sis mad cuz he doesnt know how to whisper, seriously, he doesnt. and of course he talks a lot. i dont mind cuz he’s funny as all get out.
anywayz…it was a great night. i looooved driving alone through the misty warm nigh with the windows down and the radio waaaaaay up on roads where hardly anyone goes. it was like being free again. i even got home in time to see the tragedy on american idol. i dont even want to talk about that!!!! if i was in LA right now there would be rioting, i would make sure of it! i think they got the freaking votes mixed up and never changed the numbers from last time to the ones this time…. i have some words to say but they arent nice at all. i cant even come up with the appropriate expletive to express my disdane.

mothers day we went to brooklyn and i met some of hubbys
fam. i got a gift cert for WALMART yay and a pretty silver bracelet with a blue jewel. it was fun. the food was not so great.
???? y do we celebrate birthdays by the date and not the day, like the second tuesday of april indstead of april 9th? mothers day and other holidays are always the same day. its not like the date matters. u just happened to be born on the 9th…ykwim?

in greater news: hubby starts work at wendy’s as of june 1st!!! we are soooo happy. mo money better benefits… so excited. just dont know what we will do for the 3 mos we wont have health ins.
jillene: i wont be able to come for your entire party my niece’s party is the same day at the same exact time! so i will go to hers at chuckie cheese for an hour then bounce over to see you and your little one okay??? i already told hubby. i forgot all about hers. it was planned like last year.

im tiiiireeeedddd. the baby is having screaming fits intermittently all night long now and i dont know why. he has been teething an awful lot, poor thing.
i wont be around saturday cuz me and hubby are having a night on the town i have been sooo busy i have barely been here anyway. i hope to go see rotk at the cheap theater in vld.

keep my dad in prayer that his throat will stop hurting and all the swelling will go down so he can eat properly and get his weight up again.
keep my cousin in prayer he is only 25 and has a slipped disk in his back he will probably have to get an operation for.
keep my grandmother in prayer. her one heel was cut off b/c of infection and now the other one is trying to follow suit. it is still in the early stages so we are praying it goes away.
keep my son in prayer that we find him a better doctor and that whatever it is that is making his glands stay swollen and whatever is keeping him so miserable will go away.
umm what else…i cant think of anything else right now.
