Vonage users have opened an unofficial help forum. They cover all the spots that Vonage is available. You can get a feed of every main forum heading. It’s not just for Vonage users, it’s also for anyone who has VOIP services. You can report bugs, give reviews of the service, ask questions, and search the archives. Even if you are just curious about what VOIP is all about, there is a plethora of information to be found on this site. Here is the top review featured on the site: Pros and Cons. I don’t use Vonage for my VOIP service, but still found the site informative.
