Interesting gift idea :: revised 10/24

 

VoiceQuilt is a rather unique gift to give or set up for yourself. It’s inexpensive at only $14.95. What you do is sign up for the service, invite your fam and friends to phone in nice messages to you, then you can choose the way you get it delivered to you. Like you can download them or have them emailed to you. You can even order your messages to be recorded in a music box like keepsake to have forever. Just look how pretty this is:

This product has been stuck in my head since the day I posted about it. I wish that I could have given my grandmother one of these with all her children and grandchildren’s voices recorded forever for her enjoyment. I wish that she could have made one for us with all her favorite sayings and well wishes…and so my son would never forget her voice. I wish that I had a chance to do these things for her. She was the most awesome person to walk this planet next to my mom and Jesus *her being in the middle*. I cannot even begin to describe it all. It would have been cool to have her singing our signature little diddies so I could replay them for my son. It is getting closer and closer to the anniversary of her passing over, and I can’t get this out of my mind.
