Bucket O' Bulletz

It’s been longer than that, but this is as far as I wish to think right now.

Last night was my niece’s quinceañera. It started at 6:45pm. We went down to V*land to get Husby’s hair cut before the party. Unfortunately, I didn’t listen to the voice in my head and take my clothes and camera with me. His haircut took way longer than we expected because the shop was ridiculously busy. I ended up having to go to the party with a pair of ripped tattered jeans on and a nice shirt. What a relief that I had actually done my hair before we got there, or I would have REALLY been upset. I was already embarrassed beceause everyone there was dressed like it was a prom.

ergh. I will update about my new host in a minute, but I wanted to talk about my thanksgiving again, since i think i will still keep this journal, but not post as much HAHA…
ANYWAYS I was looking into my cookware stash and found that I have a slew of stainless steel pots going on in my cabinet. Made me wonder why. I really don’t like stainless steel more than non-stick, although non-stick pans tend to flake. My favorite is T-Fal…but they are expensive. The steel pots I have I only use for things that won’t burn very easily, but my coated pots are for my rice. I have to make a turkey, so I have a huge stainless steel pot for the brine phase of the turkey process. My aunt gave it to me with a set she gifted us when we moved the first time. I have only dedicated myself to the turkey and side veggies, no more than that. I refuse to make it all myself and I dang sure ain’t keeping it all at my house afterwards.

I just bought me a piece of real estate on the web and you are looking at it. This is not my template, not yet anyway. I plan to do one inspired by this template. I will start by pointing you to my other blogs which I keep up to date:
