Getting ready…

Delegating food responsibilities to people who don’t answer emails is annoying. I am going to have to break down and call people *mutters*. My new candles

Today I bought candles, holders, a tart warmer, small baskets to organize small things, and some tarts to go on the tart warmer. I got 50 tea lights for $2. The white votives are “white linen” scented. They smell so pure and clean. The orange ones are Ginger Peach. The tan candles are Sugar Cookie. The tarts are Vanilla, Home, and Night scented. They are all from Family Dollar. You can also see in this picture my new coffee pot and my new four slice toaster.

I got a large basket for my son’s larger toys so they look a bit more organized.

Already the little baskets are having their effect on me. They are making my home feel more organized and tidy.

I am so happy that I had money to do this with. Our finances are finally looking up. Thank you Jesus! I prayed so long for that to happen. Seriously, you have no idea.

I went shopping for groceries and got the brown sugar, apples, potatoes, mayonnaise, eggs, and a few other necessities. There are a bunch of other things I still need to get. We get a free turkey from Husby’s job, so that is not a problem. I am scared more people than I have invited are going to come over. Still debating whether or not I am going to bake pies. I have to get a potato masher regardless.

Me and the child did some stuff together today, too. That can be found on his blog.

I have to move my tech blog from the server it’s on to a new one. I am tired of dancing around the forbidden words on Awardspace. It’s so ridiculous, and they don’t give you a chance to take out the words *which they don’t tell you* and have the post go through. It’s beyond aggravating.

The theme for this blog needs lots of work, so you will see the completed version of it within another week I think.

Lapich Knewell, my friends!
