Brining has begun

Well not fully. I won’t be able to actually brine the turkey until tomorrow, but the brine is on the stove and boiling right now. Then I will have to cool it down in the fridge and put it in the brine tomorrow morning. Next thing I will have to let it sit till early Thursday then throw that bird in the oven till around 4 when everyone should arrive. It should be done in plenty of time. *sigh* prepartions.
