I just bought my husband’s Christmas present! It’s something that he wanted and couldn’t have before…now it’s available so I snatched it up as soon as I saw it
Curious now, aren’t you?< !-fingerprint-->

That’s the song that is on the radio right now.. Hold on, help is on the way. I guess the people in India can feel that way now, too. The group called Volunteer India is working to help the people of India. They have year round programs for volunteers to go down and help out.
Programs are available year round, and start dates are entirely flexible. The minimum length of stay is one week. The maximum stay is six months per visit. After six months, you can leave the country and return immediately for another six-month stay.
They have programs for teaching, orphanages, health care, and even a cultural tour. If you are into missions trips, India could be just the place for you to go.

only like 21. Husby has some wicked days off coming up so it will be a fun Christmas
I’m still a bit too cynical for my own good about the holiday, though. I will try and cheer myself up somehow. I haven’t even been in the mood to drink tea, and you know that is my staple of life.
*sigh* I am buying another Downy ball since they are nowhere to be found around here. I had to resort to ebay for them. Seriously sucks cuz I used to have 2 of them when I was in college but danged if I know where they are now.
I have the gospel station on today. I need some inspiration.

I did this before…here is the one I just did today:

and here is the one I did August 18:

We got a new table with a HORRIFYING top on it. I mean it is cut up and stained like WHOA, but it’s a sturdy table. Husby won’t have a chance to sand it and putty it before Christmas, so I got some of my material out and made a tablecloth of sorts, put the table over by the stockings I hung and put some nice decoration on it so it wouldn’t look out of place:

Frankly, the one person who has changed my life beyond all that I could ever think was Jesus. Yes, it sounds cliché but it’s the truth.
I used to be a bisexual weed-smoking alcoholic drug dealing prostitute. I was abused sexually, emotionally, and physically long before all those labels were placed on my head.
Now I am none of those things.
I am a minister to the youth. I minister in song and word. I give my testimony to those who request it. I write music for the glory of God. I have founded a group for those who would like to change or have changed *much like Exodus International, but nicer*. I no longer crave alcohol and marijuana. I have not sold drugs or my body in over five years. I gave my heart back to God on July 24, 2001. I met my future husband the next day. I got married October 28, 2001.
My husband has his own testimony about what he went through before he found God. He has his own story to tell. He was a gang leader, marijuana smoker, and had an anger problem like you wouldn’t believe. He is none of those things now. He is a minister as well. He gave his heart to God about a year before I did.
That’s why when I say that Jesus has changed my life, He has. No other name that I have ever called on has done what the name of Jesus did in my life. My own mother even said “If God can change you, He can do anything”.
