I was reading the new Maxim page solely about debunking common myths. One such popular misconception is that the Catholic church owns most of the land around the world. Apparently, that isn’t really the case. The page also goes into the issue of

whether or not race has anything to do with size *you know what I mean* and even talks about practical things like birds being rejected by their mothers because a person touches them. Take a gander at the page. You are sure to find out some information that you didn’t know before. Urban Legends are always a fun topic to discuss! Which ones do you think are the most interesting/shocking?

My baby cousin has something wrong with him. He is only a month old and they think he has a bowel obstruction that will need surgery. He was just admitted to the hospital. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers please, as we don’t know exactly what is wrong. He is dehydrated, doesn’t want to eat, is losing weight, and there is a lot of congestion in his chest. *the date on the picture is wrong*

I have not taken pictures of anything that I am doing because I would rather not. Why? Not because I am embarrassed, but because it would take more time to photograph, upload, fix, and post the picture than it would for me to DO the very thing I need to do.

• Make sure the baby cleans another portion of his room

We are learning responsibility for our own messes in this house. My son has his own room and will be 4 in February. He already knows the basics of tidying and cleaning up. I have been training him on his own messes in the living room and dining room. NOW it’s time for the big guns: Area 23. It was downgraded from Area 51 after I went through and cleaned most of it myself around Thanksgiving. More about learning responsibility on his blog later.

SO that is the list for today. Not too bad, other than my bedroom which is horrendous because of the lack of places to put the rest of our clothes. *sigh*
