When there are freebies to be found the Savings Hound will be around Anyway, I was checking out the freebies and found some Christmas Screensavers to quench your need to decorate EVERYTHING for the holidays. It is said that these are safe to use and have no spyware or adware added into the download. That’s a very rare find on the Internet anymore!
One catch is that you have to use Internet Explorer in order to download the screensavers.

my son had a bad dream while taking a nap in the car, so i spoke up to console him by saying “it’s okay, baby, no one is hurting you. it’s just a dream…think about Jesus and butterflies”. My mother gasps and says “I used to say the same exact thing to you when you had those horrible nightmares at his age”

Funny how the things that we don’t remember as children end up filtering through our psyche somehow.

I have come to realize that no matter what I ever say or do…inevitably, I am my parents’ echo.

Which language would you like to learn and why?
I would like to get back all my Spanish skills, but I really want to learn Korean so I can watch the Korean channel without having to read the subtitles…I am working on learning Lenape *native language* but other than that I’m good. Spanish is the gateway to french and italian, but korean…that will be some work.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard or read so far this week?
That’s hard to say because I still have to go out tonight with my fam and friend. Then there are the things my son says…too many to count.

Which movie was so bad you couldn’t watch the whole thing?
Lemme see, it has to be REALLY bad for me to not watch it. Saving Private Ryan was way too gruesome. I couldn’t get through the first 5 minutes. Then there was the Yaya Sisterhood. The whole first few scenes are about some witchy stuff and I don’t go in for all that.
