I have been thinking about getting one for like ten years now. I know, I am a coward. I know it can’t hurt more than having a baby, so why am I being a baby about getting a tattoo? Nevertheless, I am always looking for cool tattoo designs just in case I get up enough courage to do it. I swear, one day I will get one. It will probably be in all black and be about as big as a quarter, but I will have it LOL I just hope that it doesn’t hurt *that* much. I don’t know what I am going to get. Nothing normal like hearts or butterflies. Something like a small tribal, an eagle head, or a dagger or something. I have some pretty good drawings done and some nice ideas for them, too. What is your experience with tattoos?

I love my tattoos! I have a forget-me-not flower (6 friends & I got them)on my toe, and my grandkid’s footprints, names, & dates of birth on my lower back. Not NEARLY as bad as you think it will be (painwise)
[...] Fellow blogger Suni is thinking about getting a tattoo! Just remember a tattoo is forever. Or until you can afford laser removal to get the darn thing taken off…LOL! Does anyone out there regret getting their tat? 14th Dec | [...]
I have a tattoo. I rarely see it because it is on my lower back, so I’m not even sure what it looks like anymore. Ha ha. I’m surprised when people notice it, because I forget about it. I don’t know if I’ll ever regret it, because (1.) it’s mostly hidden and (2.) I got it for my 30th birthday as a symbol of my creativity and fertility after having a miscarriage. So, it is very meaningful to me. I don’t think I will ever get another one, but I still like mine. It is mostly a vine I drew myself, using the fibonacci sequence, which is supposed to be the vibration of unconditional love.
Mine was licked on my kittens!
No, really. I got mine on my shoulder and it really didn’t hurt bad at all. I would actually describe it as a good kind of pain – and I’m not into pain or anything. It’s liberating.
Come on, try it! You’ll like it!
