I am so confused!

Didn’t Cingular just take over AT&T and now AT&T is the new Cingular? I know I’m not losing it. I remember when the first part happened as I was one of AT&T’s customers at the time. We had to do special things with our account online just to log in! Now that AT&T is back on top, they are promoting their Cingular phones like crazy. I guess they have to, since they really don’t have any from their original brand left.

Sony has a phone that is made for Cingular right now called the W810i. It is much like the phone I own right now, except that this one is has walkman capabilities. I wish I had that on my phone. I love listening to music while I’m out. Right now it’s free with special rebates. The phone also has Bluetooth capability, something my husband covets for any phone. I have to look at the bigger picture, since if we decided to go with a new contract we would have to get a shared plan. I hope that Cingular and AT&T are done shifting back and forth now, because I know I won’t be switching providers until they are settled.
