This is really spot on with what’s been going on. It’s the first time since I have been receiving the email about these that it has been totally accurate.

You and your owner both need to check the negative emotions. You think they’re going so slow that you’re forced to pull on the leash no human likes all that tugging. The answer, of course, is somewhere in between.

One day go to Disney World with my family. It’s always been something I wanted to do with my son. I never got to go as a child. From time to time I look up the prices of Disney World Tickets so that maybe I can catch a deal when I happen to have some money and Voila! Instant vacation. I keep tabs on sites with low priced tickets. I like the “Disney Magic Your Way” tickets. They are around $200 per family member and are for four fund days of park hopping. If I wanted to, I could just go to Busch Gardens and Sea World for around $100 per person. The prices seem reasonable enough as I have seen some pretty outrageous prices in the past. This one is going on my trailfire bookmarks list under Wishes.

He took of running like a shot yesterday…right after he had gotten his lead stuck in a thorn bush. Somehow he got his head around at the right angle for the thorn bush to be clipped under the lead and his chain to be free so he could run like the wind. It only took him hearing me call him at a sickly sweet level and 2 steps to realize he was free. He ran all the way around the fence, which is where I spotted him last.

He saw me, thought it was fun to be free, and sped off perpendicular to where I was. I couldn’t go find him, so I went to my house and waited at the door. He was gone for the better part of an hour and then came bounding home with muddy paws. I could hear him going through the neighborhood as dogs barked as he passed. He was all too happy to come back to me after his jaunt.

Needless to say he was on lock-down for a while after that. He has been trying to tell me he is sorry since I released him from his crate. I guess he figured out I was mad enough to let him go back to the kennel.

This week has sped right past me. I have been so busy! UGH. Anyway, I haven’t been keeping up with my weekly regimen of daily blogging with memes and such so I want to make sure to get all my regular blogging in from now on… My dog woke me up an hour earlier than usual and had me all confused on the time so here I am blogging at 7:16 am when I should still be asleep.

…now on to the Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen things I would rather be doing right now:

• Going out for a walk on a sandy beach in 73 degree or higher weather.
• Getting my nails done for the 4th time in my life.
• Going to see my mother.
• Shopping for anything my heart desires.
• Taking a vacation cruise in the South Pacific.
• Watching a marathon of musicals.
• Practicing my guitar.
• Finishing my novel.
• Running through the park with my son and the dog.
• Getting ready for a weekend alone with the hubby.
• Brushing up on my Spanish in Spain.
• Talking to my grandmother *rest in peace, g-ma*
• Going out to a wonderful restaurant to eat spectacular food.
