Working aggravations

When I worked at Best Buy a while ago I found that they were accessory happy. I hated that every single thing you bought there had a list of things that the sales associates would then try to push and pedal into your cart. I mean, dang, do I really need HDMI cables? Do I really have to have all these twelve to twenty dollar surge protectors? How about all those service plans? UGH. The incentives they paid us to do these things weren’t nearly enough to deal with the aggravation of having to try and talk people into these things. I encourage EVERYONE to research before they buy. Never walk into a store like that without a clear vision of what you NEED and what you don’t need. I can’t tell you how much money you will save because you are educated and prepared.

  1. All I can say is LOL! My husband is a sales floor supervisor at our local Best Buy and it is hilarious listening to the stories he brings home about feeling like a car salesman sometimes.

Thankfully I have him to be my buffer when we go shopping in tech stores! I do agree that research is a time and money saver!
