Now that the fog is lifting…

I can finally remember what the journal looks like that I am searching to find. It has pale yellow in the background with flowers on the front and spine. It looks kind of old timey. I found the companion notebook, but not the one with the flowers. I have looked up, down, and all around for the book but cannot seem to find it. I am going to be taking apart my clothes drawers next. I need the journal to finish writing my biography concisely.

Last night the writing spirit possessed my hand and I wrote front and back six full pages of text. I haven’t been able to write anything in my autobiography for a long time, but Skeet inspired me with a comment she made on my Sunday Self-Portrait.

The title is set: Dangerous Lovely©. I thought it was set before, but this time I think the title will stick. Now, if I could just find that notebook *and my sunglasses*… I am going to publish it as an ebook with the option to get it in print. If I can find the notebook and continue to write like I did last night, the book will be finished before the end of May. I will keep you all abreast of my progress… so watch for the finished product soon.

Protecting Mom

He heard someone coming in the door last night as we were resting in the bedroom. He started barking like mad. I had to let him out to see who it was, or he was going to have a fit. He wouldn’t let me out the door first, he led. Once he found out it was my husband, he was alright. I do believe had it been anyone else they would have gotten a face full of teeth.

Celebrity visits to my house?

I don’t know. Can I come up with 75 words to talk about why they should come to my home and do my least favorite chore? Of course, it would be cleaning the bathroom or walking the mutt. No, I think cleaning my son’s room is at the top of the irk list when it comes to chores. Click here to enter and see if you can win the $5000 prize and a visit from Katie and Brad from As The World Turns. It’s one of my favorite daytime TV shows. I wouldn’t mind a visit and a check!

Deb is coming to visit!

I am so excited for tomorrow. We moved it up one day, because of the projected weather for Wednesday. I am so glad that I am finally going to meet her in person. She is such a loving soul, you can feel her warmth through the computer. I really enjoy talking with her. I know we are going to have a great time tomorrow.

Amy is thinking of coming over Sunday night. I hope that we can make that a concrete meeting, as well. I love my friends!
