I was thinking about our business ventures of late. I really would like for us to be able to get into real estate like we have planned. It’s always been a dream of my husband’s to be able to buy and fix houses, then sell them at a markup. It’s a profitable business once you get into it. The problem is the capital and credit to start. Hopefully, we will find a partner with the capital and credit so hubby can get into his construction groove and finally be content with the direction of his professional life.
