I seem to either forget to plug in my cell phone or leave it home. Either way, I usually end up leaving the house without it. I wish I could remember it more often. I wonder why it is that my cell is my last priority. I have been wanting to switch cell phones to another with longer battery life, so just in case I do forget to plug it in, at least it is in my bag and ready to go. I am not sure if I want to change plans, though. More than likely the phone that I want is probably not with Virgin.

I keep thinking about it…how can I remember my cell more often? I mean, after getting myself, my son, and my dog ready my brain seems to shut off. I guess I should make a checklist and post it up on the fridge or something so I can go down the list making sure everything is with me. That actually seems like a viable plan. Now, if I could just remember to LOOK at the checklist LOL

I am not surprised that real estate has leaked into blogs. I was reading around this Chicago real estate Blog and found out some pretty interesting things about real estate. There are tips about the real estate market that can be applied in more states than just Chicago. I was surprised to find that Chicagoland real estate is just as upscale as New York in a lot of ways. I don’t know why, but I never thought of Chicago as anything more than a big windy city.

There are some pretty luxurious Chicagoland condos. They also brought to my attention the practicality in buying a condo as a first time buyer instead of getting a whole house. There is some real potential to begin a real estate carrier that way. You by a condo then rent it out after you fix it up and just start a trend. Nice. That is something I will definitely have to put into our business planning conversations. I love that real estate has taken to blogging. I can more than likely glean enough information from blogs like this one to get myself ready for the day we do finally get the capital together to start this venture.

Well we made it back in one piece. I ended up having to stay in the car for a while and then go lay down later on due to the pain and energy drain. I was happy to see three of my good friends in the family there. It was nice to talk to them.

I got to share with two of them what was going on…only because they KNEW from my demeanor. When my one friend said “aw look at the baby” I kind of didn’t respond, even though I tried to hide my frustration. She said that she kind of imagined that was what happened as everything about me was different and I didn’t really care to be near the babies that were at the party. My other friend was very supportive. She had gone through a miscarriage, which I had not known, and was giving me advice and much needed understanding. Even though I was in excruciating pain and highly uncomfortable for most of the time I was a the party, it was still nice to talk to other women in person about what happened.

I didn’t take as many pictures as I would have liked. I will post them up a bit later.
