I have been in such a wine loving mood lately. I thought I would outline my thursday thirteen of different wines that I have either had or would like to try:
- Red Merlot - love
- White Merlot - love
- Manichewitz Blackberry - love
- White Zinfandel - like
- Pinot Grigio - tastes like …ew
- Pinot Noir - love
- Chardonnay - like
- Champagne - it’s ok
- Chianti - want to try
- Cabernet Sauvignon - want to try
- Korbel - want to try
- Sauvignon Blanc- want to try
- Riesling - want to try
So there you have it. Not only am I a Coffee, tea, and cocoa snob, I am also a wine snob! YAY me.

I think that after ‘tasting’ all of those, one would be fairly pickled!!!

Nice to see someone else who appreciates wines
If you also like to enjoy soft cheeses with your wine, such as brie and camembert. I would recommend a Gamay, it has a light fruity taste which goes well with these cheeses. Bourgogne and Pinot Noir also go well.

That’s a great suggestion. I love brie but have not had gamay. I will definitely check it out.

I’m glad you like it! I checked out soul.info, and thank you so much for the kind words. I’ve put a lot of time into it, nice to see others appreciate my efforts.
Let’s just say I have a bit of french blood in me
If you ever need a suggestion for wines/meal matching let me know I have a few books on the subject.
