So glad I have books to keep me company. I have just added a few to my reading list. I can’t wait to get them in-hand so I can begin the journey through the pages. I have decided against reading any more of “Buttercup’s Baby” (sequel to The Princess Bride). I read a few pages in and it totally didn’t grab me. So that one is out. I am going to try and read these:
- Girl, Interrupted by Susanna Kaysen
- Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire
- Lost in the Mirror by Richard A. Moskovitz
- I Hate You, Don’t Leave Me by Jerold J. Kreisman
- Pope Joan by Donna Woolfolk Cross
- Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell
- Crispin by Avi
Avi is a childhood favorite author of mine. Wicked comes highly recommended from a friend. The I Hate You book is the predecessor to Sometimes I act Crazy, which I own and have already read. The others are just books I have an interest in reading for myself. I will probably end up reviewing the I Hate You and Lost in the Mirror books on my mental health blog. The others will more likely go here or my vox blog.

Wicked was a good book, but it took me a looong time to get through. I have the sequel to it, but haven’t gotten around to reading it because the first one bogged me down so much.
