I just got a Care Bears singing alarm clock in the mail. We won’t be giving it to my son until Christmas BUT I had to test it out to see how it worked. I love it! The song has already been personalized with his name in it. He is going to have such a fit when he gets it. First, he is obsessed with Care Bears. Second, he will feel like a grown up with his own wake up alarm. Third, it has his name in it, so he he feels special every morning. The only issue I have with it is the color: hot pink. I wish it came in blue, too. I know it would make my husband less uneasy about it *smile*.

I got the clock from the same people that make these cute personalized childrens books. They have lots of really nice gifts that you can personalize. You have to go check out the preloaded names list. They have a huge directory full of names so it’s highly unlikely that your child’s name is not accounted for. I thought it was a good way to bolster his confidence anew every morning. The song is so upbeat that I wouldn’t even mind waking up to it every morning.
