I’m sitting here trying my dangdest to concentrate. All I hear is BOOM BOOM BOOM, SLAM, CLANK, TROMP TROMP TROMP, *insert loud tv, so loud a deaf person can hear it*. UGH! We have spoken to the management on more than one occasion about the noises from above. These are the people that wash off their landing and dump disgusting chemical infested pee laiden water over the side of their balcony (that’s where they keep their dogs). These are the people that vacuum at ONE O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING and blast their tv till at least 4 a.m.! No lie.

I swear, it’s like living in that basement under our “friends” again.

I think I’m about to lose it. Seriously. I just can’t take it anymore. These are the second set of neighbors we have had move upstairs. Who would have thought the neighbors we had wouldn’t be as bad as the neighbors we have now? *sigh* I’m off to find something to do, drink, or eat that will take my mind off the noise and get rid of my migraine.
