Just when I thought it was safe to check out travel health insurance… I find out that we might not get to go to Puerto Rico this year after all. *sigh* What can you do? Home life always comes before travel. It was a nice dream. I am hoping that we can still salvage the trip, but it might not happen.

Today I got a valid excuse to drive down and see my parents today (other than the obvious fact that I wanted to see them :P) I got to hang out with my mom, dad, baby sister, and the baby cousins for a few hours. Then my sis and I took my kid and went down to the ‘ville to chill for awhile. We had a good old time talking at Starbucks over some hot drinks. I think we should definitely do that more often. It was a good day, other than me going the scenic route to get to their house *rolls eyes at self*.
