My son was losing his mind. I am so glad he is taking a nap right now. Anytime he either gets malicious or whiny, I know it’s time for him to lay down. I should be asleep, too. I just have a lot of things running through my mind. I have cleaning to do, which is trying to pile up on me. I hate that. I have been rather diligent about keeping on top of things, but there is always that ONE thing that seems to grow from the corner. Today it’s the boys’ jiu jitsu gear. Maybe I will still steal 10 winks and get up in time to do some things before the boy wakes up!

Planning for the trip to Rhode Island
It’s not just a trip. We have a wedding to attend. I was just looking at driving time & expense versus flying, what types of presents we could buy for the happy couple, where we will be staying, etc. I don’t know whether to get them wine gifts to go along with the wine glasses they have on their list or not. It might be a good idea, since they are planning to actually use the wine glasses at some point.
This trip should be a lot of fun. We are staying for the entire weekend of the wedding in Newport. Can you say mini honeymoon? I can. I have been going on and on about it since the Man made the plan!

Little body builder
Looks like I have a child after his father’s own heart. I can’t keep that child out of his dad’s exercise equipment! He picks up the 25 pound weights and goes running. I have to keep telling him to stop picking them up before he gets a hernia. It scares me that he is that strong to start with, but I don’t want him to overdo it. My little body builder!
