No Friday Feast today. The chef is on vacation…that’s what www.fridaysfeast.com says.
The Man is off work today. What does that mean? Grocery shopping fun. I have to say that I have begun to loathe going shopping. We usually have to go get gas first, which is fantabulous. I just heard that it went to $4 a gallon since yesterday afternoon. Then we have to travel to the Outer Banks of our city to get to the grocery store that has things for less than the grocer around the corner. We buy enough that the gas money spent is worth it. Of course, today, I am not so sure how this is going to work out.
What else is on tap for the day? Well the Man is probably going to his Jiu Jitsu class. The Kid had his yesterday. I don’t think the Man will want company tonight, but we shall see.
I am actually really tired and I wish that I could be alone.
