Busy weekend: Wedding, Powwow, Father’s Day, & a birthday
WHEW what a weekend! Saturday was my cousin Tag’s big wedding. He and his wife had been planning it for months. It went off an hour and a half late without a hitch, and everyone had great fun at the reception. Here are the pictures that I took, but I am waiting to snag more from other people as they upload them.
After the reception, we went to pick up my son at my in-law’s house, but stayed to chit chat with the Man’s brother & wife. We didn’t get back until around 3 in the morning. Then we set the alarm for 9 AM for church.
I was the first up, and got everyone else in gear to get to church. The Man stood for his blessing and prayers as well as his present. I didn’t get a picture of us up there because we were ALL up there LOL. After that, it was off to the Powwow, then we hi-tailed it to his parents’ house for the rest of the FaBirthday Festivities (his brother turned 38 yesterday).
We had so much fun, I can hardly tell you about it all.

Tomorrow PowWow!!!
Tomorrow we get to attend the Father’s Day festivities at church, then grace the Powwow! YAY for us! I can hardly contain my utter glee. I have waited nearly 2 years to go. I didn’t get to go last year, but I don’t remember what blocked us. This year, the Man gets to come with us! I am so excited! The Kid is excited, too.
Church should be nice, too, since they are giving honor to father’s along with our Heavenly Father. They give out little presents, and my son is eager to stand with his father in the sight of God to receive it. Fun stuff.
In other news, does anyone want a list of best diet pills? Heh gotta love email.
Weather woes
It’s so hot anymore. The heatwave is starting to subside…a little. Thank God that our ac compressor is working. Otherwise we would be totally screwed. My husband and my son both get heat rash this time of year. My mom was saying that her air conditioner was on fan and my dad thought it wasn’t working. I was glad to find out that she figured out the problem and it works fine now. With my 5 months preggo sister there, they have to have it on.

Business presentations
You ever go through an art gallery that has moving picture art? Have you ever seen the types of screens that look seamless, but have ever changing art projects on them? I have, but I never realized that there was such thing as video wall rentals so you could get them for any type of event. I have to wonder what this type of presentation would do for our business. I wonder if it would help it to explode by leaps and bounds. I mean, it is pretty impressive to see a full presentation on a wall in that fashion. Something to think about when we do our full business briefings.

yeah this is late, but it was taken on Sunday. I had my hair as natural as I dared to wear it… but up so it didnt scare the children. It came out pretty good. I just didnt post it till today.
Not a good day to be mommy
I am just not in the mood. His “watch what I can do”s are resonating off the insides of my brain like the painful screeching of someone rubbing a balloon. My chest hurts. My hand just stopped hurting. It’s humid in here despite the air conditioner being on and the fan blowing. I am on the brink of a major migraine…
