For the last few days I have been getting this pain like someone tried to break me over a chair in my back. Tonight, it’s’ so unbearable. I cannot get comfortable. Ibuprofen isn’t helping. Heat isn’t helping. I’m like freaking out from the pain, but I can’t escape it. It hurts so much! I laid on the floor, in the chair, walked, sat up straight, stretched, did yoga, sat slouched, put on heat, took pills… and I am still here feeling like I am being broken in half. I wish I had something stronger to deal with this pain. My eyes are blurry from the hurt. It’s all on my right side under my ribs. No amount of massage is helping it. I wish I could shed my body till it stops.
