Happy that my back pain has subsided for a while. My goodness! It felt like someone jammed swords under my left shoulder blade and just left them there! I hate when the weather flares my old injuries. That is from the car accident I had in 1998. It is still tender, so I have to be extremely conscious of how I sit, stand, walk, whatever today as to not reaggravate the searing, burning, stabbing pain.
Yesterday, I went on a mini date with myself and got a frappucino while doing errands. Then me and the man went to the store after he got home from helping move his new dojo. We ate dinner out, then came home to relax and watch a movie. Fun!
Today, I am supposed to hang out with a friend from church if she is not still sick *which I pray she isn’t*, and head over to my inlaw’s church for a ceremony for my nephew. He is reaching a new level in Royal Rangers, the Assembly of God version of the Boy Scouts.
I am about to go do dishes, take a shower, and get dressed to head out the door. I am continuing membership classes at my church so I have to be there early.
BB4N!

I’m glad you are feeling better. I’ve been having the same problem for the last few months, I’ve just finished 10 sessions of physiotherapy and I still feel the pain. It seems that the stabbing pain and lesions on my back come from 21 years at a desk, at a computer, answering the phone and…bad posture!
I hope you get rid of that pain soon.
