Well, fat for me. I am up around 160 due to all the eating away from home. I wish there was some magical weight loss products that could cure this ill, but unfortunately only diet and exercise will work off this little gut. I will be back down to 140 soon enough, I guess. I go through this like once a year anyway. Winter makes me into a near hibernatorial beast LOL
