I have received more than 100 spam comments OVERNIGHT. I wish they would stop.

You know the economy is bad when people are not looking at vacations packages, but for foreclosures on rental homes. You know the economy is bad when you can’t just look up “Outer Banks” without getting the result Outer Banks foreclosures. You know it’s bad when Hugh Hefner cancels his parties because they are too costly. You know it’s bad when the bread banks and food banks are running out of food and don’t have enough donors to replenish them. It’s bad… something has to give. Someone has got to find a way to get us out of this tailspin!!

WOOT! We finally went from this:

To this:

Thanks to Bill for selling us this like-new mower yesterday. He was a great person to meet, so happy and honest about his product. I kept looking all over the internet and around the stores in our area for a sale on a mower, but they all wanted SO much money. We got this one for a quarter of the price and it’s gas. WOOT! Worked like a charm.

My grandmother always had a love for animals. She would feed any stray that happened by her door, but she also loved to watch the birds and squirrels outsider her favorite window in her home. She would sit there with her Bible, thinking about the wonders of God, while reveling in His creation.
One particular little friend of hers was a squirrel who had gotten used to seeing my grandmother and having her throw him some food. He eventually took to jumping up into the window and knocking on the glass in order to get her attention. She got such a kick out of having her own little squirrel friend. Thanks to my buddy Lisa’s post reminding me of this little tidbit of info about my grandmother *r.i.p*.

YAY glad that boy won American Idol instead of Adam. Now we won’t hear about him for a good long time. No idol since Fantasia has made any kind of splash big enough for anyone to care about. None of them have EVER gained the fame that Kelly Clarkson has achieved.
Then you have So You Think You Can Dance coming back tonight! WHOOOOO! I can hardly contain my glee. These are the people through whom I vicariously live. Not my child. He can do whatever his heart desires *as long as it’s not evil*. I would have been a dancer if my knees were not so ridiculous. So I raise my candle to those who can dance and do it well enough to be on television. I can only do those things in my dreams.

UGH ! I have to remember why I don’t watch the news. I am already tired of hearing about the barrage of accidents people are having, especially due to careless driving. One of my friends just got her car smashed while parked. A drunk driver ran the curb and thankfully she was not in the vehicle when it got hit! Then you hear about all the other accidents, car, motorcycle, whatever.
People in California are having a rough time with everything right now and the cycles are out in droves. Let’s pray that everyone is insured otherwise they might be looking to a San Jose motorcycle accident attorney to fix their problem if their life was preserved! Cycle accidents are the worst!

and pictures to post from this past weekend and our ministry out. My son finally got the courage to get on stage with his father and rap. He did such a great job! I have not posted anything yet. I am still exhausted. I have to get back to my regular schedule of things so you won’t think I up and died on you LOL!

Today I did more weight on the back press than last time. I went up to 65 lbs from 40 when I first did the exercise. I did less on my biceps today because I wanted to concentrate on tone, so down from 40 to 30 on that. I also did my full 40 reps at 45 pounds on the sitting row. My other presses went up at least 5 lbs each. I am proud of my progress. I usually bounce back to my strength pretty quickly when I start going back to a routine.
Every time I get finished, I end up having a raging appetite. Since I need like 2300 calories a day there is no such thing as taking an appetite suppressant to help me lose the weight that I have accumulated. I have to keep feeding my face! Good thing I keep rough track of what I eat, or I would never make it to the calories I need per day. I used to get barely 900 a day. Whooohooo for progress.
