I need prayer, but I cannot tell you why. All I can tell you is that this is a day that will either make or break our future. It will determine so much in just a few hours. Please pray that the outcome is agreeable. I am on pins and needles right now. I keep praying and praying and trying to calm my nerves. I am dropping everything, my hands are shaking!!! UGH! Anxiety rears it’s ugly head. I feel an attack coming on full throttle. We leave in another 2 hours. Please pray with us. Thank you all!!!

My mother in law should be back on this side of the USA soon. She had a small procedure to remove the mass behind her lung and the liquid inside the lungs. Come to find out, that liquid was blood, not water. She is recovering well.
Grandmom in law’s surgery went well for her heart. They took 2 veins from her legs to put where the ones that were messed up in near her heart were. She, too, is recovering well. I get updates daily on her progress through the recovery process.
Thanks to everyone for your prayers and continued love for me and my family.

But it needs new batteries. I was always in the general area of the bible, but I never put it together in my head that the thing could have been inside my knitting case. Lo and behold, I go digging for knitting notions and find amongst the yarn my long lost electronic bible! YAY!! Thank the Lord! I really thought I was going to have to tell my sister in law that I lost her 100$ present. The last time I used it, it was while I was knitting (last winter), so I thought it was with my other notions. I mean, I only have like 3 places I put them. So glad that in digging a bit deeper into my knitting things I found it. I prayed more than once that I would..it was more of a constant prayer that it would be recovered. Thank you Jesus!

We went to visit my mom in law last night. Apparently, they have moved her but she is still on the pending surgery floors. The doctors are unsure as to whether or not they are going to just remove the spleen completely. It is causing her huge amounts of pain, but the blood counts look good so they think that the spleen is healed. She cannot walk very well right now, so the doctors are looking for improvement in that before they make a decision to pull the spleen or leave it. UGH! Waiting sucks. All she wants to do is to be able to go home and rest in her own bed, but I am glad that they aren’t rushing her out of the hospital. Pray for her and my father in law, who has been by her side most of the time. He is really worried about her. It’s so sweet…

Her spleen had ruptured, but they are waiting for it to repair itself. So far, so good. She is on pain meds and tubes and monitors. Just as long as her blood levels stay good, they won’t have to do surgery.

My mother in law is in the hospital right now getting surgery on her stomach. Something ruptured. Don’t know much else, but please pray. I will let you know more when I can. Thank you all and God bless!!!

I am breaking out of my former self. I have to, else die. I have to break out and become free once again. No more covering my blemishes with the bandaids of denial. No more spot treating disobedience with the acne cream of fear. I have to surrender all and do what I know is right. That might make a lot of people angry, but the answer is no plainer than the nose on my face. God is moving. He is moving so swiftly, so surely, that I must follow. Keep me in your prayers as I continue on the path He is laying before me. It won’t be easy, but it is His will and I am happy in knowing I am safe there.

WHEW what a weekend! Saturday was my cousin Tag’s big wedding. He and his wife had been planning it for months. It went off an hour and a half late without a hitch, and everyone had great fun at the reception. Here are the pictures that I took, but I am waiting to snag more from other people as they upload them.
After the reception, we went to pick up my son at my in-law’s house, but stayed to chit chat with the Man’s brother & wife. We didn’t get back until around 3 in the morning. Then we set the alarm for 9 AM for church.
I was the first up, and got everyone else in gear to get to church. The Man stood for his blessing and prayers as well as his present. I didn’t get a picture of us up there because we were ALL up there LOL. After that, it was off to the Powwow, then we hi-tailed it to his parents’ house for the rest of the FaBirthday Festivities (his brother turned 38 yesterday).
We had so much fun, I can hardly tell you about it all.
