s910dYou know that I LOOOVE tea and am forever looking for other places to buy cuz there are so many different kinds of tea out there. Today I was looking at this site for Green Tea and found some more types that I hadn’t tried.

So far I have had about 20 different kinds of tea, at least 5 of those being green. I have been wanting to get some matcha to make some muffins, cookies, or something like that. I hear that green tea muffins are the best. My friend on Mindsay and I were looking for more yummy recipes for using matcha in cookies. What is matcha? It is the powdered form of green tea. I can’t wait to get some and try it out.
As I told you guys before, green tea is in my arsonal against the effects of depression on my mind and body. I highly respect teas and herbal
solutions. Tea is such an integral part of my life now that I don’t know how I ever managed without it.

I didn’t have any problems. I drank 2 cups of Lee’s Caramel Kiss Caffienated coffee earlier in the day. It seemed to do the trick. I got my new coffee maker so I was able to have wonderful hot cups of coffee in no time at all:

I did, however, drink some Golden DayLily tea later on when I was getting fatigued and my hubby and I had a nice cup of Chai together while watching 16 Blocks. That was fun :) I think it is important to note that I had a depressive episode where I began to cry for no reason, but it was very brief. That’s when I drank the 2 cups of daylily. I was fine after that.
So all is well and I am planning to drink another cup or 2 of coffee today and see how I fare.

I didnt NEED to drink any tea until hubby was nearly home. My son can sense it from around fifteen minutes before his father’s actual arrival at home. He gets jittery, starts bouncing off the furniture, and generally acting out. I knew as soon as he got that energized look in his eye that I should go and boil some water for tea … and fast! I drank Golden DayLily again. It’s like oolong and green put together but with the calming properties of jasmine. I love this tea. I drank one and half cups and I feel fine. The child calmed and is now in bed, his father is occupied, and I only have a minimal headache. I didn’t get all overwhelmed and crazy feeling when all the hustle and bustle was going on today. I would call this a good day.

I got through it with 2 cups of tea, one green, one oolong. I will probably not drink another. The baby is going to bed in half an hour and hubby is home. All I really have to do is tidy up the kitchen a bit and go to bed. I hate that I can’t go to sleep early because I am so used to staying up to wait for hubby to get home.
Been working on my website today and last night. It’s not finished, but I am learning a lot about the wordpress template. I decided to go with that blog interface and then I might end up importing one or two of my other blogs so I can start consolidating. Doing websites always helps me to work out my creative frustration.

The oolong tea I drank earlier helped me not to lose my patience, but it’s starting to wear off, so I am going to make myself a cup of green tea. I will see how that works, cuz I feel fatigued and the annoyance level at little things is starting.
