Thursday Thirteen of things I don’t want to do today LOL:

• Get our taxes done.
• Go across the bridge to buy stuff at BJs.
• Dishes.
• Cook.
• Clean my son’s room.
• Organize the top of the fridge.
• Look at our bank account *wince*.
• Call the loan company *double wince*.
• Take the dog out for his 2 other walks.
• Watch the dog fix his broken nail *holds back the sickness*.
• Deal with my son’s attitude.
• Write so many blog entries you stop being interested.
• Clean the bathroom, again… grrrr.
• Leave the house!!!

I am going to compile a list of my triggers and things I notice before I freak out. This really should go on my depression blog, but I would rather do it here then explain on the other blog.

Thursday Thirteen: Triggers

• lack of sleep
• PMS
• too much caffeine
• being sick
• when my husband is agitated, so am I
• the child acting up
• the dog whining
• not eating enough
• transitioning from depression to mania…the hypomania
• having lots to do and not having time to do it
• I have noticed that small things tend to annoy me more during the transition
• I have also noticed that this all can back build till I get to the boiling point
• My self esteem plummets and then here comes the rain.

This week has sped right past me. I have been so busy! UGH. Anyway, I haven’t been keeping up with my weekly regimen of daily blogging with memes and such so I want to make sure to get all my regular blogging in from now on… My dog woke me up an hour earlier than usual and had me all confused on the time so here I am blogging at 7:16 am when I should still be asleep.

…now on to the Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen things I would rather be doing right now:

• Going out for a walk on a sandy beach in 73 degree or higher weather.
• Getting my nails done for the 4th time in my life.
• Going to see my mother.
• Shopping for anything my heart desires.
• Taking a vacation cruise in the South Pacific.
• Watching a marathon of musicals.
• Practicing my guitar.
• Finishing my novel.
• Running through the park with my son and the dog.
• Getting ready for a weekend alone with the hubby.
• Brushing up on my Spanish in Spain.
• Talking to my grandmother *rest in peace, g-ma*
• Going out to a wonderful restaurant to eat spectacular food.

Thirteen things I have to do before Coby comes

1. Bleach down the bathroom *again*
2. Make room for his crate and his bed.
3. Buy his natural food stuffs.
4. Buy a brush for his fur.
5. Teach my son not to leave his toys all over.
6. Teach my son not to leave little pieces of food all over.
7. Get used to the idea of another *person* in the house.
8. Get back into my cleaning routine.
9. Buy him a dish.
10. Buy his bed.
11. Get familiar with the vet.
12. Read up on any special care a mixed breed might need.
13. Get the paper from the office saying we can have him.

Thursday Thirteen topic of the day: Thirteen things I want to do in the New Year:

• visit my friend in Texas
• go to Puerto Rico with my family
• bring blogging in as a part time job income
• lose 5 pounds and keep it off
• if above gets canned, it will be to have a baby
• order my son’s MFW package for homeschool
• fix our other car and get it on the road
• find a better way of organizing our closets
• hang out with friends more often
• really get into my guitar again
• find a ministry outlet
• get back into graphic arts again
• become a better mother and wife
